Powers Opt-In/Out Post!

So! Merlin has... several rather interesting powers/abilities that range from messing with dreams to flat-out watching what someone's currently doing through Clairvoyance. Not to mention he's very capable of manipulating people (using magical means or otherwise) in assorted ways to achieve his ends... And to top it all off, he has quite the penchant for mischief.

He's a Rank A++ Troublemaker, in other words.

In light of that, here's a brief rundown of the sort of things he may be up to and what they entail, and while most of it I'll generally run things by anyone involved OOCly first anyway, you can feel free to comment to this post if you specifically want to opt in or out of any of it in particular.
