Kissing this character: Oh, yes. Going much farther than kissing is a-okay, too. Just note that, thanks to his incubus heritage, under normal circumstances he can actually feed off a person's magical energy through these kinds of things, so if/when that becomes possible for him to do again, you may feel a bit... drained afterwards.
Flirting with this character: Yes, of course. Though see above for taking things beyond just a little flirting.
Fighting with this character: Yes, though Merlin is quite good at fighting back, himself... and even better at running away.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes. Feel free to use him as a punching bag, especially for comedic violence, though for real attempts to hurt him are fine too! He'll regenerate sooner or later, though he'll fight back and/or attempt to flee first if the situation looks bad enough.
Killing this character: Yes. He's actually immortal (and this technically isn't his 'true' body anyway) so he'd generally consider being killed an inconvenience or annoyance anyway. He may or may not attempt to do something in retaliation later though depending on circumstances.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes... to a point. Merlin himself can sense emotions and control dreams, and part-incubus to boot, so he's probably a bit difficult to read. Mostly just talk to me if it comes up and we can work from there!
Warnings: Merlin is a cambion, the offspring of a human and an incubus. This means exactly what you think it does, yes--he very shamelessly is into sex, and his morals on that subject don't quite align with most humans. He has no interest in deliberately attempting to harm people, but he also doesn't necessarily care if someone is harmed as part of a greater plan or purpose. So in other words, he'd see no problem in deceiving or seducing someone into bed (whether with himself or someone else) if he felt there was a good reason for it. Not to mention, he was involved in some capacity with a few different incidents along those lines back in King Arthur's time. That said, it's very unlikely to ICly come up, and if things were to tread close to that territory I'd definitely try to say something beforehand!
